Meditation

My interest in meditation – alongside yoga – began in my teens, and I wish I had chosen to train then as an instructor, instead of the typical route for any teenager. Although I had immense ‘fun’, my fun now is more daytime than night times, and yoga and meditation has once again become my passion, especially when teaching and/or practising outside.

I trained for four years with the British Wheel of Yoga, in London and qualified to Level 4 in all aspects of posture, relaxation, mindfulness and breathing. Although the course was primarily focused on yoga, it helped both my personal and professional journey to practice and teach mediation.

Meditation affects everyone in different and surprising ways. It is the practice of inviting peace and clarity into your life, and without even knowing the questions; the answers soon appear. Life with meditation can be more mindful, balanced, and can help you become more in tune with your feelings. It also allows serenity, patience, clarity and calmness. Each class are centred around relaxation and inner peace. They are tailored to your energy level, ability and desired outcome. Our Meditation service has a range of internal and external health benefits.
