We are all learning, and change is the only constant. Allow me to share with you my knowledge, to enable you to grow effortlessly and carry the tools we share together to guide you through life. We all have the answers inside of us, I just help you to find them.
There are two different styles of retreats:
Hosted Retreats
This is where you organise your own retreat, and I’ll host. Together, we will design a tailor-made retreat based on a series of factors including location, timeframe, interests and desired outcome.
Practitioner Retreats
I am often invited to be a practitioner at established retreats, including Amchara Health Retreats and Champneys Health Spa. Join me as a guest and experience my style of teaching alongside others. Where possible, I promise to spend some quality one-to-one time, just with you.
