Our workshops are a chance for me to bring education to you in an informative yet fun way with optimum guidance. Our holistic workshops focus on yoga, relaxation, de-stressing, mindfulness and meditation, intended to rejuvenate your internal health.

We have different styles of workshops, from small to large groups, half-day to multi-day sessions, but ultimately, they are designed around you. Let’s grow and learn together.

 

What’s included in a typical workshop:

The day will start with a brief introduction about myself, followed by a get-to-know session through a welcome chat. Once we have set our intentions and aim of the day, we can start the practice, which would usually consist of something like the following:
